To help us determine the price of your request, a quotation is necessary.
TRANSLATION
0,15 $ to 0,25 $ per word
Words are counted in the source text.
Our rates depend, inter alia :
- on the number of words ;
- on how technical the document is ;
- on the document layout and format ;
- on the delivery times.
A rush charge of 20 % is applied for unusually fast turnaround requests and for weekend work.
A 10 % discount is offered for large projects (50 000 words or more).
Any order exceeding 500 $ may be subject to a deposit, the amount of which shall be stipulated in the quote.
Special rates may be applied for requests that go beyond the services we usually provide.
WRITING
40 $ per hour
An hourly rate ensures appropriate pricing, since the time required to achieve a project varies according to its nature and complexity, that is to say :
- the topic covered (general - specific) ;
- the style (standard - original - official) ;
- the necessity for in-depth research and documentation.
An indicative rate for writing web contents :
1000 signs (about a page) : from 50 $ to 150$
A discount is applied to large projects (20 pages and more).

EDITING
25 $ to 40 $ per hour
Proofreading, editing or visual design services are all charged on an hourly rate that is set according to the skills used to carry out the project requested.
For information purposes only:
- Simple proofreading (spelling, grammaire, typing mistakes, punctuation, elementary typography) : 25 $ per hour ;
- In-depth proofreading (same as simple proofreading + partial rewriting of the document) : 30 $ per hour ;
- Visual design (creation of illustrations, editing of communication media, etc.) : 40 $ per hour.
